[MD Cloud][Thunderbird] วิธีการตั้งค่าอีเมล์ Type: POP

วิธี Add account บนโปรแกรม Mozilla Thunderbird type: POP

เปิดโปรแกรม Mozilla Thunderbird
Create a new account: คลิกที่ Email 

เลือก Skip this and use my existing email

ใส่ชื่อของอีเมล์ ในช่อง Your name และ Email address กับ Password ให้ถูกต้อง
จากนั้นเลือก Continue

ใช้การตั้งค่า POP เลือกไปที่ Manual config

Server hostname incoming : cloud-mail.maildee.com Port 110
Outgoing : cloud-smtp.maildee.com Port 587
จากนั้นคลิก Re-test

หลังจากทำการ Re-test เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะปรากฏข้อความ
The following settings were found by probing the given server
จากนั้นคลิก Done

ตรวจสอบ Password เป็นอันเสร็จสิ้น

โปรแกรม Mozilla Thunderbird คืออีกโปรแกรมอีเมล์ที่มี หลายๆองค์กรใช้งานโปรแกรมนี้อยู่
ดังนั้นระบบ อีเมลเซิฟเวอร์ จึงต้องครอบคลุมการใช้งานบนทุกโปรแกรมอีเมล์

การตั้งค่าอีเมล์, Add Account...(IMAP)

เมื่อเปิดโปรแกรม Mozilla Thunderbird ให้ทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้

สร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่ คลิกที่ Email

เลือก Skip this and use my exiting email

กรอกรายละเอียดบัญชีอีเมล์ จากนั้นกด Continue
และเลือก Manual Config

ตั้งค่าดังภาพ
Incoming (IMAP): imap.(ชื่อโดเมน).com Port: 143
Outgoing SMTP: smtp.(ชื่อโดเมน).com Port: 587
User name: (ชื่อบัญชีอีเมล์)
จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Retest และ Done

จะมีหน้าต่างให้ยืนยัน Server ให้กด Confirm Security Exception

เมื่อตั้งค่าเสร็จ ให้ทดสอบส่งอีเมล์ครั้งแรก จะมี Error ขึ้นดังภาพ

คลิก OK

จะมีหน้าต่างให้ยืนยัน SMTP Server ให้กด Confirm Security Exception

เมื่อ Confirm Security Exception แล้ว ให้ทดสอบส่งอีเมล์ออกอีกครั้ง

การตั้งค่าอีเมล์เสร็จสมบูรณ์
