[TL GoCloud][Thunderbird] Add account IMAP with SSL

 

วิธีการเพิ่มบัญชีอีเมลลงบนโปรแกรม Mozilla Thunderbird

1. เปิดโปรแกรม Thunderbird (วิธีติดตั้งโปรแกรม)

Click 'Email'

2. คลิกที่ Skip this and use my existing email

Click 'Skip this and use my existing email'

3. กรอกข้อมูลบัญชีอีเมลลงในช่องว่าง

Type your name, Email address, and password
Click 'Continue'

4. เลือกประเภทบัญชี IMAP และตั้งค่าด้วยตนเอง

Select 'IMAP'Click 'Continue'

5. ตั้งค่า Server ดังภาพ จากนั้นทดสอบการตั้งค่าด้วยการกดปุ่ม Re-test

Incoming/Outgoing server: mail.technologyland.co.th
IMAP Port: 993 SMTP Port: 465 SSL
กดปุ่ม Re-test

6.  เมื่อตั้งค่าถูกต้อง กดปุ่ม Done ได้เลย

Click 'Done'

7. จากนั้นจะมี POP-UP ดังภาพขึ้นมาให้เรากดยืนยัน Server ขารับ

Click 'Confirm Security Exception'

8. สร้างข้อความใหม่เพื่อทดสอบส่ง

Click 'Write'

9.  ส่งข้อความ

Send message

10. ในครั้งแรกจะมีข้อความแจ้งเตือนว่าส่งไม่ได้ดังภาพ ให้กด OK ไปก่อน

Click 'OK'

11. จากนั้นจะปรากฏ POP-UP ให้เรากดยืนยัน Server ขาส่งอีกครั้ง

Click 'Confirm Security Exception'

12. ทดสอบส่งอีกครั้ง

1. เปิดโปรแกรม Mail Mac

Open App

2. ให้เข้า Preferences

Go to Preferences

3. เลือกไอคอน +

Teb '+'

4. เลือก Other Mail Account

Other Mail Account

5. กรอกชื่อบัญชีอีเมล และรหัสผ่าน

Type email account and password

6. ตัวอย่างการใส่ข้อมูล

Ex Type email account and password

7. เลือก Account Type : POP

Teb 'Account Type : POP'

8. ตั้งค่าอีเมล โดยใส่ข้อมูลตามตัวอย่าง

Email address, Username = Your email account
Type : IMAP
Incoming mail server : mail.technologyland.co.th
Outgoing mail server : mail.technologyland.co.th

9. เลือก Server Settings

Teb 'Server Settings'

10. กดติ๊ก Automatically ออก เพื่อตั้ง SSL

11. เปลี่ยนข้อมูล Port โดยใส่ตามตัวอย่าง

 Incoming :
Port: 993 Security type: SSL/TLS

Outgoing :
Port: 465 Security type: SSL/TLS

จากนั้นกด Save

1. เปิดโปรแกรม Mail Mac

Open App

2. ให้เข้า Preferences

4. เลือก Other Mail Account

5. กรอกชื่อบัญชีอีเมล และรหัสผ่าน

Type email account and password

6. ตัวอย่างการใส่ข้อมูล

7. ตั้งค่าอีเมล โดยใส่ข้อมูลตามตัวอย่าง

Email address, Username = Your email account
Type : IMAP
  Incoming mail server : mail.technologyland.co.th
Outgoing mail server : mail.technologyland.co.th

8. เลือก Done

Teb 'Done'

9. เลือก Server Settings

Teb 'Server Settings'

10. กดติ๊ก Automatically ออก เพื่อตั้ง SSL

11. เปลี่ยนข้อมูล Port โดยใส่ตามตัวอย่าง

 Incoming :
Port: 993 Security type: SSL/TLS

Outgoing :
Port: 465 Security type: SSL/TLS

จากนั้นกด Save

วิธีเพิ่มบัญชีอีเมลบนมือถือ type POP with SSL

Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Sony, LG, iMobile, Tablet ระบบ Android OS

1. ไปที่ Settings

Go to 'Settings'

2. เลือก Accounts

Tab 'Accounts'

3. เลือก Add account

Tab 'Add account'

4. คลิก Email

Tab 'Email'

5. เลือก Other (POP3/IMAP)

Other (POP3/IMAP)

6. กรอกชื่อบัญชีอีเมล และรหัสผ่าน จากนั้นไปที่ Manual setup เพื่อตั้งค่าด้วยตนเอง

Type email account and password, then tab 'Manual setup'

7. เลือกประเภทบัญชี POP3

Account type: POP3

8. ตั้งค่าอีเมลขารับ  (Incoming Mail Server/POP3 Server)

Email address, Username = Your email accountPOP3 server: mail.technologyland.co.thPort: 995 Security type: SSL/TLS (accept all certificates)

9. เมื่อตั้งค่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้คลิก ถัดไป

Click 'Next'

10. ตั้งค่าอีเมลขาออก (Outgoing Mail Server/SMTP Server)

SMTP Server: mail.technologyland.co.thPort: 465 Security type: SSL/TLS (accept all certificates)Username: Your email accountPassword: Your email password
Click 'Next'

11. ตั้งค่าความถี่ในการ Check email

Click 'Next'

12. ตั้งชื่อของบัญชี สำหรับให้ผู้อื่นเห็น

Click 'Next'

13. เมื่อตั้งค่าเสร็จเรียบร้อย ให้กลับมาที่หน้าหลัก และไปที่ App: Email

Go to Email App

14. ข้อความจะถูก Synchronize มาที่อุปกรณ์ทันที

[GoCloud][Outlook] Add account POP with SSL

วิธีการ เพิ่มบัญชีอีเมล์ในโปรแกรม Outlook Type POP ด้วย Port SSL

1.เมื่อเข้ามาที่ Program Outlook แล้ว ให้เข้าไปที่ File > Info > Add Account ตามภาพ

2. คลิกไปที่ Manually Configure Server Setting or Additional Server Types > Next

3.คลิกไปที่ Internet Email > Next

4.เมื่อเข้ามาในหน้า Setting ให้ใส่รายละเอียด ดังนี้

User information

You Name : ชื่อผู้ใช้

Email address : ชื่อบัญชีอีเมล

Server information
Account type : ใส่  POP
Incoming mail server : mail.technologyland.co.th
Outgoing mail server : mail.technologyland.co.th
Login information
User name : ชื่อบัญชีอีเมล

Password : รหัสผ่านของบัญชีอีเมล

เมื่อใส่รายละเอียดทั้งหมดเรียบร้อยแล้วให้กดไปที่ More Setting...

5.เลือกที่เมนู Outgoing Server ทำเครื่องหมายที่ My outgoing server (SMTP) ..... กด OK

เลือกที่เมนู Advanced
Incoming server (POP3) Port: 995 (SSL)
Outgoing server Port: 465 (SSL)

ทำเครื่องหมายที่ Leave a copy of messages on the server
ไม่อย่างนั้นข้อความจะถูกดูดลงเครื่องหมด
และติ๊กที่  Remove from server after 14 days เพื่อให้ Inbox บน Server ไม่มีวันเต็ม

7.เมื่อกด OK จะทำให้กลับมาหน้า Setting  ให้กด Next เพื่อ Test Account Setting แล้วกด Close

8.การตั้งค่าเสร็จสิ้น คลิก Finish
